Walk

i finished the Camino de Santiago yesterday, July 1st.  I walked into Santiago shortly after 9pm.   I hiked 42.4 miles yesterday, officially, but added close to 2 additional miles because of two wrong turns.

I finished in the rain. And yes, it was really just after 9pm. Daylight extends until just after 10pm in Spain. 

I hadn’t planned to finish today, I just felt good and the weather was perfect.  I had several options to stop today but at each one the drive to keep going remained. So I pressed on.

Its a short blog tonight but I made a little video.

Thank you you for all your love and support. It helped carry me down the trail.
